Do I need to install an app?+
No. Astate runs in your phone's browser. Open one tab, see your client enquiries, and review responses. No App Store download needed.
What does Astate actually do?+
Astate is a workflow tool you use alongside your own WhatsApp Business Account. It collects incoming client enquiries into one inbox and prepares draft replies for your review. Every reply waits for your tap before it goes out. Astate does not send bulk messages, cold outreach, or anything you didn't approve.
Does Astate send messages on my behalf without me looking?+
Never. Every message goes through one final tap from you. Drafts are suggestions — you stay the agent.
How does Astate adapt to my voice?+
Your edits and approvals shape the next drafts Astate prepares for you, inside your own account. The more you use it, the closer the drafts get to the words you'd write yourself. The personalisation stays inside your account.
Is my client data private?+

Can clients opt out, and is there a human escalation path?+
Yes. Clients can ask to stop messages at any time, and the agent honours that request. Every reply waits for the agent's approval, so the agent is always the human in the loop. Clients can also reach us at hello@astate.sg.
What about sensitive personal information?+
Sensitive document workflows — payment cards, bank accounts, identity documents — happen outside the messaging channel through secure tools. Astate does not request those identifiers in the inbox.
